We begin by switching off from work, responsibilities, and mental overload with a short guided visualisation and a simple colour-based creative activity, designed to help you slow down, ground, and reconnect.
After that, enjoy free time to sauna, cold plunge, relax, or chat. This is time for yourself, no rules!
Tea and water are available, and all materials are included.
The space has cosy chill areas (both indoor and outdoor) where you can unwind in peace, if you want quiet time.

About your host
Meg Rouje is a certified colour consultant, photographer, and creative director working at the intersection of colour, creativity, and human perception.
She is the author of Colours & Fairy Tales, has contributed to Fast Company, and during her workshops, she uses colour as a tool to unlock creativity, explore playfulness, encourage self-expression, and spark new ideas.
