For 2 hours, you’ll have open access to:
Finnish sauna & infrared sauna
Cold plunges (3°C & 8°C)

What to bring: 2 towels (one for sauna, one to dry), swimsuit, flip flops.
Spots are limited to keep the experience comfortable and intentional. No prior sauna or cold plunge experience required.
